
I am always looking for tender chicken. I crave tender chicken. Salina found a reciepe that comes close to the most tender I have ever had. The sauce is not my favorite, but the chicken is tender... and it was simple to make. The photo os of Salina... not the chicken.
Apricot Chicken, a somewhat misleading name, which might make one think that it, in fact, contained actual fresh fruit. It included:
1 package chicken breasts ( I used skinless, boneless Tyson)
1/2 jar Smucker's Apricot Preserves (I used my own homemade)
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 bottle Wish-Bone Deluxe French dressing
(Mix, pour sauce over chicken, and bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.)
