It is really neat. They have all you could ever want to know about ingredients and cooking. I love it. You can find thing to substitute, how to pronounce foods, food of the month and photos. She is smart and I am always learning from her. She is the one who taught me how to blog. We also bought today a meat mallet. I can't wait to give it a try. Mom and Lynda gave us some nice new tools to use too. I really am enjoying cooking and baking. I finally realize the difference. Baking you must be exact. Cooking is more lenient. Melissa is going to teach me the science behind it too.
