Prayer please

My awesome Aunt Susan (not Aunt Sue who lives with us) but this cute one has cancer. We got a double whammy, as Stacey sister also has cancer. I really believe in the power of prayer. I know God listened to every sincere prayer. It does not mean we always get what we want but he will help us bear anything. So if you are the praying type please keep my cute family in your thoughts and prayers because I know it can help. My uncle and her are glued at the hip I can't imagine one without the other. She is the rock of our family, the sane normal one. She has always been a HUGE comfort to me. She is the perfect mom and grandma. She really loved being a wife and grandma and mom. Her grand kids adore her. When I tell my friends all she does for her kids and grand kids they are speechless, above and beyond. I love that when I was younger we would giggle about ballet and tea parties because she had all boys and farty ones at that. I just think she is one of my heroes. She is smart and she is the one that helped me love the ballet and family history. She taught me about budgets and is the most organized woman I know. I loved her little black book while growing up everything was in that book and if it wasn't we didn't do it. She is an encourager and a comforter. All in my life I can recall the calming influence she has had on me. One stands out it was in the 1990s and I was stress to the point of tears and she took me upstairs and got me a cool wash cloth and had me lie down and talked to me. It was around a time my dad was ill and Anth was leaving on his mission. I used to love her doll collection and when I was little she would tell me stories about where from all over the world they came and about growing up as an army brat. Her house is always clean and orderly and just so safe feeling. She makes me feel safe. She has the cutest smile and I love it when she gets excited about missionaries or Tom Seleck -we used to watch Magnum PI together when I would sleep over. I wish everyone could have an Aunt Susan.
