You only turn 80 once!

Aunt Sue just turned 80! We had a small party with her close friends. Marj gave her a beautiful plant and chocolate bar. Laurie brought her cheesecake which she liked mine better:) Hilary makes Aunt Sue smile just to see her. It is amazing to think back over the past just the year that I have known Aunt Sue and think of the changes she has witnessed inthe science and tech. areas. She told me about her grand maother and how when she made food which was amazing she woudl even hand slice the almonds imagine making oyur own almond slivers??? She woudld always exclaim "Oh- it did not turn out this was not my best." Aunt Sue says it was berfect and wonderful but her dads mom was always hard on her self. Maybe that is where I got it from. I realy love Aunt SUe and I can't think of life without her in our home:) She liked the attention but did not want us to eat with her so she likes her privacy and we all like her.
