2011 28 Day Challenge

I love to take challenges relating to health. Each time I learn something new about my body and health and it was a great 28 days with no sugar, wheat, gluton, dairy, processed foods, soy, red meat, soda, candy, and I can't even think of all else. But we ate veggies and fruits and beans and legumes, brown rice, seafood. It was yummy. Kelly Teri Scott and I all did it. I can't explain the first bite of sugar after going without it for so long. WOW it was unreal I could feel it in my veins. I had no pain in my body and no nose never bleeds so I am thinking gluten might be a no no for me and sugar in excess is bad for me. Oh and dairy.
